Teen Lift - Summer Session

This class is designed to introduce teens ages 13-17 to safe, effective training through hands-on coaching and age-appropriate progressions. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean, and jerk) as well as powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift), with an emphasis on proper technique, body awareness, and confidence under the bar.
No prior lifting experience is required. Whether your teen is a competitive athlete or just getting started, this program builds strength, coordination, and discipline in a supportive training environment.
